We will talk about the Granthis (energetic knots), especially Vishnu Granthi- the heart knot.
We’ll learn how to open it using the breath (Pranayama)  and mantra (chanting).

We will work with the wall, with props and with partners (adjustments) and learn what kind of preparations we should take in order to get into deeper arches in the most safe way, with no pain.

We’ll open the front side of our body, hips and shoulders.

We’ll strengthen our core and find more length and stability in our front thigh.

We’ll go through different postures, mainly from the second series (intermediate) and see together how to approach them in the most fun and uplifting way:)

This year I will dedicate my workshop to teach Ashtanga Yoga in the most traditional way, exactly the way I learn from my teachers in Mysore India.
We will go deeper into the series, philosophy, meditation and pranayama.
