In this workshop we will learn how to build the strength that is required for different arm balances.
We’ll work with the wall and also with partners and build, step after step, the foundation for handstand and forearm balances.
This workshop is built from sequences of exercises that will enable you to discover and experience the lightness, stability and great fun in being upside down:)

About Led Practice:
Traditionally in Mysore during the week there are daily self practice classes (Mysore style) and twice a week a full led class.
In the led class the teacher mentions the name of the postures, counts the vinyasa and guides the breath.
It's a wonderful opportunity to learn the counts and get a better understanding of the alignment.
Personally I find that it really feels great to move & breathe together as a group, it always lifts the level of energy in the Shala:)
