Accommodation in beautiful B&B, 3-4 in a specious unit.

One month Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course.
Includes free yoga practice in Or Hayoga studio during the course.
Obtaining a yoga teacher certificate acknowledged by Yoga Alliance.
The certificate is recognized in Israel and worldwide.

The course is suitable for those who want to become a Yoga teacher and also for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of Yoga and adopt a healthy yogic lifestyle.

בסדנה הזו נלמד כיצד לבנות את הכוח הדרוש לבאלאנסים שונים על הידיים.
נעבוד עם הקיר וגם בזוגות ונבנה שלב אחר שלב את היסודות לעמידת ידיים ואמות.
הסדנה הזו בנויה מרצפים של תרגילים שאפשרו לכם לגלות ולחוות את הקלילות, היציבות והכיף הגדול בלהיות הפוכים:)

In this workshop we will learn how to build the strength that is required for different arm balances.

We’ll work with the wall and also with partners and build, step after step, the foundation for handstand and forearm balances.

This workshop is built from sequences of exercises that will enable you to discover and experience the lightness, stability and great fun in being upside down:)
