The course is suitable for those who want to become a Yoga teacher and also for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of Yoga and adopt a healthy yogic lifestyle.
As part of the course I will give a retreat in one of the weekend during it.
Criteria for admission to the course:
• Yoga practice experience of at least six months
• Familiarity with the primary series of Ashtanga – an advantage
• Interview and conversation with me (meeting or phone call)
The price of the course includes free practice in Or Hayoga for the duration of the course
Course can be paid in credit (up to 10 payments), or 5 checks, or cash.
