As I already mentioned before, I started my yoga practice, when I was 11 years old, with a private teacher – one on one.
It was a great gift for me.
Adopting the practice to my rhythm, personal needs and ability brought to a deep and solid foundation of yoga in my life.
As a professional ballet dancer, from a very young age I spent days and hours practicing one on one with the greatest masters- in ballet and pilates as well.
It brought my technical skills to a very high level and supported me through the immense physical abilities I was required to perform.

So, as you can see, personal training has a very important role, especially in two aspects:
1. For beginners- correct alignment, modifications, avoiding injuries, preparing the ground for future safe practice in a group- especially if there are special needs (prenatal, injuries and so on).
2. For advanced practitioners- taking the practice to the next level, discovering new physical possibilities, deepening the technique, challenging oneself and discover new abilities.
Working one on one enables a supportive space for questions and personal attention, much more than within a group.
The practice is adapted to the student’s needs according to his personal rhythm, challenge, level, physical ability and so on.
You are most welcome to leave me your details in contact me page and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
