Tair Lisauer – Graduated July 2018:

Intuition.
It is said that when we receive an accurate decision regarding our life we feel a pleasant sensation of calmness and peace.
It doesn’t necessarily come from analytic thinking but more likely it comes from the heart.

I received a decision like that a month ago.
Few days before the beginning of July I decided to neutralize myself from my routine for a whole month.
It wasn’t easy.
An intensive teacher training focusing on Ashtanga yoga.
Everyday, all day, for a whole month.

I never practiced yoga so intensively or meditated and practiced pranayama for such prolonged time.
I never listened to yoga philosophy with such interest.
And who would have thought that I’ll be learning Sanskrit??

Already in the first hour of our first day in the course everything was clear to me and I knew exactly how my month is going to be – a fascinating journey.
This course had a winning combination of elements: a group of amazing and talented people with huge hearts that I’m so lucky to know now, fascinating lectures and Ashtanga practice that practically made us fly into a higher dimension!

But the most of it all- one special Erica that gave all of herself so that in the end of the course, when I’ll receive the certificate to my hand, I’ll know for certain that the path is created while I’m walking through it and not even a second before, that the people we invite into our life- each one of them has a role, that patience is our most important muscle and if someone sneezed than probably something true was just said😉

Thank you beloved teacher for what you gave me this month.
Everyday felt like magic for me. I finished every session with awe and great will to learn more and continue with my yoga practice as a way of life.
Thank you for who you are.

Pazit Partouche-Persi

"When Erica explained me in one of our lessons that Yoga helps us in removing emotional blockages from our system it was a serious enlightenment for me.

Erica’s way of explaining and teaching the body to release fear and emotional blockages is magical.

I started practicing with Erica towards my 40’s and I didn’t imagine that I could improve so much, to find new ease in my body, such a wide range of movement and such a deep interest in the meaning of breath and the work on our inner organs.

I’ve practiced with many teachers, both in Israel and worldwide, in Erica there is special depth that reaches you and influence from within.

Every practice with Erica brings new excitement.

The work is internal. It is deep and gentle but yet so strong.

The practice goes with me outside of the mat into my daily life: at home, at work and the most important thing- in the way I deal with my thoughts.

Yoga with Erica brings me to physical flexibility that I didn’t know that even existed…, strength in my arms, legs and palms- I never managed to do a headstand and now I can☺️

I sleep much better, I’m amazingly more calm.

When I feel some kind of pressure or stress I practice few minutes of pranayama or some asana on the mat and immediately return to my center and feel better.

Yoga with Erica goes so much beyond the actual practice time because from her I get tools for self practice later on.

It is an incredibly good sensation to know that you are independent in your practice.

This way I can develop my personal daily self practice that reconnects me to myself.

Yoga with Erica is a pure connection to the flow of joy, inner strength and ease.

Every teacher brings a different quality.

I cherish the quality that flows through Erica.

Thank you Erica for touching my life in such a profound way☺️"

Erica Rintovich

My yoga journey started with Zipi Winner- B.K.S Iyengar closest student & certified teacher. I was 11 years old.
After two years of practicing with Zipi I understood that yoga is an inseparable part of my life and I decided to go deeper.
